Simplified database (Microsoft Access):
The simplified database is able to capture basic demographic and current disease information on individuals with rheumatic fever and rheumatic heart disease. It includes a mechanism to create a unique list of local health facilities and contains a series of automated reports.

Expanded database (Microsoft Access)
The expanded database is able to capture demographic, current disease information and history related to rheumatic fever and rheumatic heart disease. It includes mechanisms to create unique lists of local health facilities, ethnicities and places where cardiac surgery is done, and contains a series of automated reports.
