Registration conditions and cancellation policies

Early pre-registrations should be requested and paid by 30 September 2009, after this date, the late registration fee will apply.

Late pre-registrations should be requested and paid by 30 April 2010, after this date, the on-site fee will apply.

Modifications or name changes
All modifications or cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or e-mail) to MCI Suisse SA. For each modification requested by the participant, USD 50 will be charged for administrative costs.

In case of cancellation up to 5 May 2010, deposits will be refunded less USD 100 for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.

Payments
To guarantee the registration, the full payment of the fee must be settled before the congress.  All payments must be made in US Dollars (USD) payable to:

No confirmation will be sent until the payment has been received.
Please indicate the participant's name and “WCC 2010" on ALL payments. From 5 May 2010 only payments made by credit card will be accepted.
You will receive a "pro-forma" invoice to allow your payment which has to be settled upon receipt.
All payments must be made before the the congress starts; otherwise, badges will not be given to the participant(s).

On-Site
All modifications and/or new registration made on-site will have to be paid immediately (by cash in USD or RMB or by credit card).

Refunds
No refund will be made until the end of the congress. All refunds will be made by bank transfer.
