^a With a letter of approval from your university or hospital. IMPORTANT FOR TRAINEES: Registration will be processed only upon presentation of a copy of your degree / license sent with the registration form (5 years maximum since graduation)
^b To qualify for the student/post-doc registration fee, proof of full-time enrolment at a recognized university of college at both the time of registration and during the conference must be presented
