The theme this year is Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) implementation
The World Health Organization (WHO) selected "The WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control"(FCTC) as the theme of this year's World No Tobacco Day (WNTD), which will take place on Tuesday, 31 May 2011.
