Developing a programme

This toolbox contains a great deal of detailed information. It is intended to guide you through the various steps in creating and delivering a comprehensive and locally appropriate programme that has a high chance of meeting its objectives and desired outcomes.

There are four stages for you to follow in developing and delivering an effective, successful project or programme:
