In addition to the countries/regions listed above, citizens of GCC nations – Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia are eligible for a visa on arrival at Dubai International Airport.
If your country is not in the list above, please contact the hotel you have booked and apply for a visa directly through them.
If you HAVE made your hotel bookings through MCI, we can process your visa application on your behalf. In order to do this, you must complete the required information that will follow in the “visa request” section of the registration process. This information will be used for your visa application. You may also be required to send through a scanned copy of your passport – if this is the case, you will be contacted by MCI to request a copy.
MCI will apply a visa processing fee depending on your nationality.
Validity of Visa: The approved visa is valid for up to 30 days from the date of issue. Therefore, the document will be issued a few weeks before the official congress dates.
If you HAVE NOT made your hotel bookings through MCI, you must contact your hotel directly to apply for a visa and you will be responsible for any visa processing fees charged by the hotel as well as any visa security deposit charged.Please note that neither WHF nor MCI will be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a registrant. The invitation letter does not financially or legally obligate WHF or MCI in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the event and to obtaining a visa are the sole responsibility of the registrant. WHF and MCI do not accept any responsibility for travel, accommodation and/or other costs incurred due to the rejection of a registrant’s visa application.
