On 28 August at the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) Congress, it was announced that the ESC Council on Cardiovascular Nursing and Allied Professions is now called the Association of Cardiovascular Nursing & Allied Professions (ACNAP), marking a new era for the association. It is now one of the 7 ESC Associations.
The ACNAP’s mission is to support nurses and allied health professionals throughout Europe to deliver the best possible care to patients with cardiovascular disease and their families. They do this through the creation and delivery of a diverse programme of activities, including education, research and mentorship.
