When you create a Heart Heroes poster here on our website, you’ll be give the chance to enter our World Heart Day Awards which recognize commitment to the campaign and heart health. There are two Awards categories:
The entries will be judged by the World Heart Federation team based on the creativity and emotion captured in your poster, and the commitment and impact of your statement around what makes you a Heart Hero. All judging is final and we regret we cannot enter into correspondence concerning the final awards.
Winners will be notified be email.
There will be a shortlist of nominees and one overall winner in each category. These will be featured on our website and social media channels. You will also receive a certificate to print out and display signifying your achievement.
Only shortlisted and winning entries will be featured but we do appreciate every entry.
Submissions will be open until 31st October 2018. The winners will be announced by the end of November 2018.
By entering your poster for the Heart Hero Awards you agree to be featured on the World Heart Day and World Heart Federation websites and social channels should your enter be shortlisted and/or win.
