‘I take care of my heart’ campaign in Colombia

The Colombian Heart Foundation, Corazones Responsables, achieved unprecedented mobilization on World Heart Day this year as nearly 100 companies across the country used their “Pedagogical Guide” to participate in the Responsible Hearts campaign with the #mecuidodecorazon (I take care of my heart) hashtag, forming heart shapes with their hands on social media, generating spaces for reflection on care in work environments, and promoting events such as walks and races. Seminars were held in Tunja and Medellín, a “Red Fashion Show” was held in Tunja, Heart Stores were set up in shopping centres, universities and social clubs, an alliance was formed with the ‘Make it Beat’ campaign, Torre Colpatria in Bogotá was illuminated in red, and 17 companies were awarded the National Prize of Responsible Hearts.
