Pun Hlaing Siloam Hospitals
Pun Hlaing Siloam Hospital (PHSH) held a Fun Run event; a PHSH 3.5km Heart Test where over 200 participants of different ages enthusiastically ran or walked along the beautiful scenery of the estate around the hospital. A great time of the year bringing people together for one cause, to spread awareness on heart disease, to share stories, to inspire each other. It was priceless to see the smiles on everyone’s face running, laughing and engaging. Cardiac checkup packages were awarded to the first 5 finishers for the winners to either use themselves or give to a family member. All the participants were provided with basic health checks after the fun run, followed by a health education talk on how to keep heart healthy and full of vigour.
